Happy June!

Is anyone still out there?  I hope so!  I’ve been crazy busy these last few weeks, and then ended up getting sick too – ugh!  Nothing like being sick when the nice weather finally rolls around! Especially when I had all sorts of fun plans for sneak peeks!

Here’s an update on the baby robin’s from my post a few weeks ago.  They’ve all grown up and have flown out of the nest – all four of them!  Too cute.  Here’s some of the pictures we took.  They changed so much in the course of two weeks, it was amazing.

AND you wouldn’t believe, but my husband now found a sparrow’s nest in a different shrub outside our front door!  I have no idea how he finds these things, but he said he heard them peeping while he was out in the yard.  They are harder to get to for pictures as the shrub is pretty dense but I’ll try to post some of those later this week.  We have a bird book that says sparrows line their nests with hair, even landing on dogs to pull it off – ick!  I’m pretty sure we’re going to find some of our dogs hair in that nest – hee hee.
